The house can host about 50 people, or more if needed. It has 4 bedrooms with 34 bunk beds and 25 additional floor mattresses, two large common rooms, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms with toilets and two extra toilets, plus a basement area that houses the Rog Sawmill Museum.

It is equipped with electricity generated by solar panels, running water, and central installations. Heating is wood based with firewood prepared in the woodshed.

The surrounding area allows for tent setups, hammock hanging, and offers many natural features and cultural points of interest.

Stays are possible throughout the entire year.
