What is a family camp?

Under the umbrella of the Association of Slovenian Catholic Girl Guides and Boy Scouts, the Family Camp has been taking place for several years. It is a 3 day event for families who wish to spend active time in nature, through movement, discovering nature, outdoor games, making natural products, sharing experiences on healthy family life and more. As every year, there will be plenty of good and healthy food, active time outdoors, adventures and scout spirit. Each camp usually gathers around 50 participants. The camp is run in accordance with the scout educational method.

Participants

The Family Camp is intended for whole families, children with parents, for scouts and for those who are not scouts. There is no age limit. We expect participants to take an active part in all parts of the programme. Priority is given to those who have not yet attended the camp.
